About TORENDIX

TORENDIX · BUSINESS OPERATING INFRASTRUCTURE

Stop rebuilding. Start selling.

TORENDIX is built by Angela Griffiths, an independent systems designer based in Vallejo, California. TORENDIX is not a software company. It is a catalog of four one-time-purchase Notion operating systems for consultants, freelancers, creative studios, and small agencies — people who already know how to do the work and need a repeatable structure around it.

Why this exists

Most service businesses do not fail at the craft. They fail at everything surrounding it: the proposal rebuilt from an old file, the onboarding improvised per client, the lead that lives in a DM, the invoice whose status lives in memory. The operating layer is not broken. It is unnecessarily dependent on one person remembering what happens next.

Every TORENDIX product is designed against one principle: the product is not the pages — the product is the sequence. Each stage prepares the next. Each system hands off to the one after it. You deploy once, then run every prospect, every piece of content, every client, and every dollar through the same structure instead of reinventing it.

The ecosystem, in order

  • Agency OS ($197) — leads, pipeline, deal value, finance, revenue rollup. Runs everything upstream of a signed client.
  • Proposal-to-Payment Kit ($47) — discovery → service selection → proposal → scope → payment communication → client welcome. Turns a qualified opportunity into a welcomed client.
  • ClientFlow OS ($27) — onboarding, project tracking, meetings, client portal, revisions, SOPs. Runs every active client after the yes.
  • Content Command Center ($37) — idea bank, calendar, production pipeline, hooks, CTAs, tracker, repurposing. Runs the content engine behind the business.

When a deal moves to Won in Agency OS, the client graduates into ClientFlow OS. When the Proposal-to-Payment welcome guide goes out, the handoff packet moves into ClientFlow OS. The systems are designed to connect.

What we refuse to do

TORENDIX products do not process payments, collect e-signatures, auto-publish content, or pretend to be hosted SaaS. Every product page states exactly what it does not do. We would rather sell you the correct operational layer than an imaginary feature list.

How buying works

One-time purchase. No subscription. Immediate digital delivery through Shopify — a Notion duplicate link (plus a Quick Start PDF for the Proposal-to-Payment Kit). A Notion account is required. Refund within 14 days if the Notion duplicate has not been used with a real client.
